Hi everyone,
We are interested to host an international student and family in our house because our passion is to help people being comfortable during their study and travel. We have a warm, loving and peaceful family atmosphere of which we know we can offer a home away from home for students and families. We are a family of 4 and are from Philippines background I have 4 years old son and 20 months old daughter. We delight in meeting people of different cultures and we like sharing our time and customs. We provide a nice comfortable home with a clean and cozy back yard. We are six years experienced Homestay family located in the beautiful city of Toronto. We've been visiting some countries such as Philippines, Singapore, Hong-Kong, Middle East: Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Libya. We have hosted students from Indonesia, China, Brazil, Mexico, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Simbabwe, Philippines, Nigerian, Turkey. I am a Pre-School teacher and my husband is an Engineer. We assist our students with their English learning how to improve their pronunciation, grammar, conversation, writing and make their stay here in Toronto memorable and worthwhile. We treat any student that stays with us as a part of our family. All we want form our students is a respect from them as well. When they depart to their own countries we treat them as part of our extended family. Our family love swimming, playing badminton, outing/ camping in the summer, biking, watching movie, dancing and singing, cooking, taking a walk in the neighborhood.

Our house is in safe neighborhood and easily accessible to amenities around. There are Libraries, Community Centers, Banks, Stores, Supermarkets, Metro Town Shopping malls, parks that close by. We are 10 minutes away by bus to Centennial College Morningside or Progress Campus and University of Toronto Scarborough Campus. Private international English school for less than 60 minutes. Our home are 10 minutes bus ride away from the Transit Kennedy Station and LRT Lawrence East, buses runs 24 hours.
We do not permit drinking, smoking, drugs, parties at the premises. We can serve healthy nutritious meals in a day if you want.
Our fee is in Canadian dollar it includes: 2 meals/day, home-cooked meal ( YES, it is 2 meals per day and you will be having dinner with my family and depends sometimes upon our student schedule ), ( Our student usually love cereal and bread, coffee, juice, tea or fruits in the morning. We clean and well furnished bedroom with large window, double or single bed with mattress, office table, chair, closet, dresser, table lamp, side table, TV, free high speed internet access WIFI and cable service, occasionally have BBQ with students, laundry + detergent and softener, shared or private washroom, centralized air filtered, watered filtered, Fire-alarm every floor and carbon monoxide alarm in every room and no pet.
