My name is Stephanie and I own and manage the Volunteer Homestay in Plettenberg Bay.
My home has a swimming pool, 24-hour internet access, a large screen satellite television and an outdoor entertainment and braai area. I accommodate up to 12 volunteers from all over the world, volunteering at projects in and around Plettenberg Bay (known locally as “Plett”).
My home is just 300m from a beautiful beach and 300m from a supermarket, pharmacy, two restaurants, a bar and an internet cafe. The centre of town is just 1km away. You really cannot wish for a more central location.
By staying at my home, you will have the opportunity to meet locals, have fun, enjoy nightlight, swim and surf in the ocean and explore a town and surrounding area so beautiful that it will take your breath away.

I host volunteers for the following projects:
- Monkeyland Primate Sanctuary;
- Birds of Eden Sanctuary;
- Jukani Wildlife Sanctuary;
- Masizame (community project for children and their families); and
- House of Hope (community project for children).
