Welcome to our home in located Riverdale New York City right outside Manhattan. My house has three floors with spacious rooms and a backyard. We are a short 5 minute walk to the subway, restaurants, and shops. Van Cortland park is near us, where you can run, hike, golf and enjoy the park. Commute into Manhattan is quick and easy. You can use the public bus or subway. Downtown is accessible within 35 to 45 minute commute via subway. My house is walking distance to Manhattan College and a 15 min train ride to Columbia University. The neighborhood is very safe and desired among New York residents. We are happy to host students wanting to study in New York and experience our city.
