One level home in nice pristine neighborhood of Green Valley. Near stores, parks/trails. 15 min. from airport and UNLV. Large, beautiful tranquil backyard with pool, sitting chairs, hammock and fish pond. Housecleaning EOW.
Housemates must love animals as we have several smaller rescued dogs, a few cats and a few parrots that are our family. We've hosted homestay guests previously and really enjoy getting to know new people, learning about different places, customs and cultures. We consider our homestay guests part of the family and friends. We try to keep a positive, friendly, neat/clean home environment.
