Our house has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a downstairs cloakroom. Three of the bedrooms are all guest rooms on the same floor and share the newly refurbished bathroom.
We are a friendly couple in our late fifties/early sixties, and have a gorgeous Golden retriever dog, who is a big softy, So if you have a friendly well behaved, house trained dog then you are welcome to bring him/her along with you, at no extra cost.
We have south facing garden, with an outside table tennis table. There is also unrestricted parking.

Our house is just a 20 minute bus journey into Brighton city centre. The buses are very frequent, every 10 minutes. The bus stop, and also Portslade train station, which has a direct line to London and also the South West, are a five minute walk from our home.
Brighton is a bustling city with something for all age groups. Families will enjoy the many activities on offer, from cycling along the promenade, or strolling along the pier with its pubs cafes and fair rides.
There are plenty of great pubs and clubs in Brighton both traditional and trendy, family friendly, and dog friendly.
We have the famous Brighton lanes, lots of twisting alleyways with jewellers, antique shops, cafes and pubs.
Also there are the North lanes, which has retro and funky shops, and independant retailers who sell locally made jewellery and crafts.
Just a stones throw away we also have the beautiful South Downs to explore either by bus, bike, or even walking from our home, where you can find country inns, or take a picnic and sit and admire the views.
Brighton really does have something to offer everybody, families, students, couples, or just friends wanting to have a great time.
