Very safe and quite oasis in the city with 24 hours security and ID'd entrance. Just outside the gates of the residential complex, conveniently within walking distance (3-10 minutes) are the bus stops, convenience stores, grocery, shopping mall, super makets, restaurants, banks and a dry cleaner (within 5-8 minutes walking distance). The Xiamen Train Station is 3.5 Km and Xiamen Int'l Airport is 8.2 Km away.
