We live in a 1930s Terrace house on a quiet road in Villejuif centre. Walking distance to the metros Villejuif Paul Vaillant Couturier or Louis Aragon is 7/8 minutes. The main house Is spread across 3 floors with the kitchen and laundry room in the basement. We have 2 bedrooms and living room.
The room which we are renting for the homestay is separate to the house. It is situated in our garden and is an independant studio with shower and toilet. You have access to the kitchen, small garden and laundry room. The Room is approx 12m sq. There is a sofabed which sleeps 2. We can accommodate an extra person by adding an inflatable bed (but will mean less space in the room!). Of course you are also welcome to share our living room or if you prefer you can chill out in privacy! Wi-Fi access included.
Breakfast is available in the kitchen.
Smoking is allowed in the garden.
We run our own business and have 2 dogs. We are quite a busy couple. So at times We might not be around due to work.
