The house has 3 bedrooms (1 is my office), 2 living room areas, and 1.5 bathrooms. Very nice private back yard with built in pool, deck and gardens. Within easy walking distance to school bus stop, shopping and restaurants. There are 2 cats that live here, so if you have allergies this would probably not be a good choice as the cats are very curious and friendly with people.

I am located in the suburb of Penfield, New York I am close to Rochester, Brighton, Fairport, Pittsford, Webster, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, Lake Ontario, Irondequoit Bay, the Erie / Barge canal, parks, kayaking streams, bike trails, city life and theaters, festivals, museums, historical sites... too much to list! Many fine private schools (Harley, Mercy, Allendale Columbia, Charles Finney to name a few) and excellent public school system in Penfield. However, please note I do not host students attending Harley, and I only host females!

The 3 weeks at Lynne’s was a fantastic experience. When I had to leave, it was so hard to say farewell because she was like family to me. She is sweet and considerate. She prepared a cozy room for me, bought me a racket because I like playing badminton, and picked me up every day from school. She tried cooking various and tasty foods for me, and introduced me to her friends and family. We toured the city and Lake Ontario together. She helped me choose souvenirs, taught me to swim in her backyard pool, and helped to make a T-shirt with Chinese and American flags. It’s been 8 years since I left. I can never forget the time when we sat at the couch, the dining table, or the deck, having relaxing and pleasing conversations. I can never forget the amazing farewell ceremony she arranged for me. I’m still keeping the farewell gift, a beautiful necklace with a pendant containing our pictures. We’re still in close contact now. If you choose her home, you will be as wise and fortunate as I am.
