We have an extra furnished room for male renter in our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The room is a big size, furnished with bed, table, chairs, closet, rug, and night stand. You need to share the bathroom with only one other person who is our male easygoing and quiet international student renter. The commute is 25 minutes from our house to UCLA campus by car.
We are looking for someone who is easy going, clean, and responsible. We have a small size dog. She is lovely. The renter can use our kitchen and backyard, if he desires. Washer and dryer are inside of the house. All utilities and internet are included to the monthly rent.
