Hello, Welcome! Our home is non smoking, no drugs, no underage drinking and no non-paying overnight guests please. It is my hope to provide a clean, healthy academically and emotionally supportive, fun family style living environment for you while here...for each of your stays. So please be prepared for all that entails, including to clean up in the main living areas immediately following each use. Private Room and Bath: Please either supply your own cleaning products and deep clean these areas regularly (a minimum of 1x wk)or inquire with me on setting up your daily cleaning (fee applies) so as to help keep the home organized, sanitary and odor-free. In the event that I must provide housekeeping maintenance on your behalf, ample access to your room/bthrm must be granted. Please do not share our personal information without consent, nor grant access to the home by any other party without my consent incl. sharing of the hosts/homes security codes, internet wifi passwords, personal or account data, gate codes, pin codes, or keys. A home security camera is operated 24 hrs in main living area(only) of home near entryway for safety purposes and must not be tampered with. Please report any damages to the home or to any personal property immediately. Keep noise level to normal standards at all times. Thank you!
