We do not allow pets and smoking in our place. No parties is permitted as we are private people. We required your own room and own toilet and bathroom to be tidy at all times. If we need to vacuum your room we will give advance notice. No food is allowed in the bedroom as it is newly carpeted and painted and you're welcome to join us during meal times as we would love to know about you and your culture. If you need to use any appliances that you are not family kindly ask first and we'll be happy to show it to you. We take respect of our place and it's cleanliness and we would like you to do the same.

Our home is situated in Varsity Lakes which is close to Bond University, Robina Town Centre, Burleigh beach and Pacific Fair. From our home you can walk to Aldi about 10-15 mins and there is a bus stop just around the corner servicing to Robina Town Centre and other places. Shops are very accessible as we are also close to Christine corner. If you're a beach lover, Burleigh heads beach is just 10 mins drive and is accessible by bus. Our home is situated in a quiet and private area and you will find this place good for studying.
