The house is in good decorative order and well equipped with all the usual mod cons, central heating, dishwasher, wireless broadband, microwave, washing machine, shower etc... The house is situated in a quiet suburban private housing estate with excellent transport links connecting to Glasgow and beyond. Clydebank provides many good local amenities such as banks, shops, gyms and supermarkets.
*If you are a student please check the house is suitably close to your College/University before you contact me, just so we aren't wasting each others time.

Duntocher is approximately 10 minutes by bus away from Clydebank town centre. Clydebank has a shopping centre, leisure centre, library, health centre and all other amenities close at hand. So you will not need to go into Glasgow very often other than to visit George Square or other landmarks. In West Dunbartonshire we have it all from the Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond which can be accessed by bus or train. Or you can try the nearby Kilpatrick Hills for some daytime rambling or mountain biking on the many country paths which can be accessed from all nearby villages including Duntocher.
