Our home is offering bedrooms on main floor and basement to international students and guests. We love to accommodate them to experience Canadian culture. We’ve hosted for years from different countries like Japan, Kenya, South Africa, Dominican Republic, South Korea, China, etc. Rent of CAD 1,000 per month includes 3 meals( breakfast, lunch, dinner), high speed internet, utilities, laundry and detergent, airport pick up and drop off. We are located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to bus stops(5minutes), bus depots, West Edmonton Mall, grade schools and high schools, hospitals, grocery stores, very accessible to amenities, a bus ride away to tourist spots, universities like MacEwan University and University of Alberta. We are nature lovers, we love gardening, walking, exploring, and watching movies. Our home is family oriented, no smoking, no drugs, no pets and no sleepovers allowed.
