My wife and I have a spare room and we would like to host someone travellers as we are hosted during our trips.
The room is in an independent house, to 20 minutes walking from city center and 7 minutes from Connolly Station. It is in a quiet area where you can also park your car or motobike just beside the house.
You will sleep in a room on the first floor with all the furniture: desk, chair, wardrobe and the bed is provided with bedsheets, pillows, covers, duvets.

1. Noisy parties of any kind are ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN.
2.Do not allow any pet.
3. Your check in time must be carefully set before your arrival. Please, be on time to check in so that you ensure the smooth check in process saving the time. If you are late more than 40 minutes, PLEASE, contact me.
4. Your check out time is 10 am. If you need to leave your luggage you can leave them for 5 days in a utility room.
5. Keep the sharing premises and stuff clean after using them.
6. Do not smoke in the property.
7. Do not leave the heating on when you go out for a long time.
8. Do not leave food scraps in kitchen.
9. Do not sleep directly on the mattress, pillows and duvets. Use the cover sets and sheets provided.
10. If you invite a friend to live with you during your stay after your initial reservation, you will be charged additional € 20 per person per day.
11. If we detect a broken rule of the above shown or get any complaint from the neighbours about suspicious activities of your side, we have the right to contact the local police (Gardai), arrange an immediate eviction without a termination notice and charge your full deposit kept by the website.

The room is in an independent house, to 20 minutes walking from city center and 7 minutes from Connolly Station. It is in a quiet area where you can also park your car or motobike just beside the house.
You will sleep in a room on the first floor with all the furniture: desk, chair, wardrobe and the bed is provided with bedsheets, pillows, covers, duvets.
A large living room, bathroom and kitchen are on the ground floor.
Coffee & tea facilities anytime.
You will not need to take any transport to the city center if you like walking, just 20 minutes, but there are two shops few minutes far if you want to go far from the city center or visit Howth.
Two big stores, Aldi, Lidl are 15 minutes far.
